Terms of Service: Refund, Late/Cancellation/No Show Policy

Scheduled lessons may be changed as to time and/or place by notifying Integrity Driving School Ltd. of the
intended change at forty eight (48) hours in advance of the lesson. If a student cancels late or is otherwise unable
to attend or does not show for a scheduled lesson, then the student will, at our discretion, be charged the FULL
AMOUNT OF THE LESSON AT THE TIME and the lesson time will be forfeited.

This fee reflects the loss of earnings to the school and the instructor, as the lost time could have been better -spent
in the training of another student. However, if another student can be inserted into the time we reserved for you,
then there will be no charge at all. Remember, there is NEVER a charge for lessons canceled in a timely manner.

I understand that the fees provided for the class/lessons are non-refundable. This stipulation is in place due to
student does not pass or drops out of the program. In order to withdraw from the program, you must due so within 10
days of registration in writing. Credits may be issued in lieu if approved. If a credit/refund is approved it will be
available within 90 days of approval. The amount of the refund is limited, minus expenses and administration fees.

I have read and understand this Agreement prior to signing it. I am aware that signing this agreement I am waiving
certain legal rights which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns may now have or
hereafter have against Integrity Driving School Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees and/or representatives

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAMIS & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

In consideration of Integrity Driving School Ltd. permitting me to participate in their training, permitting me the use
of their equipment and permitting me the use of their facilities, I hereby agree as follows:

1. 1. To expressly waive any and all claims that I may now have, or may in the future have against Integrity Driving School Ltd. and their affiliated and associated companies and entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives.

1. 1. To jointly and severally release Integrity Driving School Ltd. and their affiliated directors, officers, employees, agents and/or representatives from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer , as a result of my participation in the training offered or associated with Integrity Driving School Ltd. due to any cause whatsoever, including, without limitation, negligence,
      breach of statutory duty of care, and/or breach of the Occupiers Liability Act (British Columbia) .

1. 1. To hold harmless and indemnify Integrity Driving School Ltd. and their directors, officers, employers, agents and
      representatives from any and all liability for any property, and/or personal damage or injury to any third party,
      resulting from my training and my participation in the training offered by or associated with Integrity Driving School Ltd.

1. 1. That this agreement shall be effective and binding upon heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns.

1. That if any provision of the Agreement becomes prohibited at law or unenforceable, such provision shall not render the balance of the agreement ineffective or unenforceable.

I have read and understand the above mentioned Agreement prior to signing it. I am aware that signing this agreement I am waiving certain legal rights which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns may now have or hereafter have against Integrity Driving School Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees and/or representatives.
