Road proven drivers, trained beyond the minimum and ready for your fleet.

The Integrity Standard is the program and the bar we train to. Road Proven is what the graduate becomes, the designation they carry out the door and into your yard.

You meet them at 75 percent, not at graduation

Carriers interview our candidates once they are 75 percent through training, with every written theory assessment and every practical assessment already passed. You are not meeting someone who hopes to make it. You are meeting someone who has demonstrably done the work, with a quarter of their training still ahead of them.

The remaining training can be shaped around you

Once a candidate is matched to a carrier, the training still to come can be oriented toward that carrier’s operation. Where it fits inside the 140 hours, it is included. Anything beyond that is additional hours at additional cost, quoted up front.

What it never does is deviate from the approved curriculum or MELT standards. We will shape the remaining training around your operation. We will not cut hours or skip content to do it, and we will say no if asked.

The mentorship hours are yours to shape

The mentorship portion of the program is delivered by your people, not ours. One of your drivers mentors the candidate on your equipment, to your procedures, the way your operation actually runs. The hours vary by arrangement, and we can set them at a fixed number if that suits you better.

This is the part that is genuinely yours, because it sits alongside the regulated curriculum rather than inside it. The MELT content is fixed and we will not touch it. The mentorship hours carry no such constraint, which is why they are where the value is.

It is the difference between hiring a driver who passed a test and hiring one your own people have already worked alongside. By the time you decide, you are not reading a resume. You are asking a mentor what they thought.

Who we partner with

We only partner with carriers we would put our own graduates with.

That is the whole test, and we apply it before anyone meets a candidate. We trained these drivers and our name goes with them, so where they end up matters to us.

What it costs you

No fee, and no commitment to hire anyone. What it does ask for is your people’s time: a mentor for the mentorship hours, and someone to interview at the 75 percent mark. We would rather say that plainly than call it free and surprise you later. If none of our candidates suit you, you walk away having spent that time and nothing else.

What we will not promise

We do not guarantee anyone a job, and we tell our students the same. Hiring is your decision and your HR’s, and we have no part in it. Any school telling a student otherwise is selling something it cannot deliver.

What we offer is a candidate you can assess early, trained to a standard you can inspect, with training time still available to point at your operation.
